⚡ Recommendation

The installed FO link should be evaluated as a primary communication path for the RNE SITR connection, replacing the current Movistar 4G dependency. The May 28 outage was caused by the RUTX11 needing a reset — a wired FO path would eliminate this failure mode.

The Modbus TCP path via USR gateway (192.168.1.7) is on a separate network segment and is not affected by this improvement.
